I booked accommodation in October for a weekend of diving. Unfortunately we could not make it. After speaking to them about our problem they suggested we keep the booking and I can contact them later to make a new booking. I emailed them immediately, thanking them for their kindness and repeated our conversation in the email. Now suddenly thety refused saying we had only a week to re-book. Even though this was not mentioned in our conversation or on email. According to them NO BUSINESS will accommodate me on these terms, however other accommodation business was more than helpful today to help me out after 3 months.
Jessica7305 wanted to cancel their booking they made in October and i told them if they get another day in the off season i will transfer their deposit of $220 . Today they wanted it transferred to some weekend in January, a peak month. I told them i would not transfer it to a peak month 3 months later.
