I am very surprised by previous review about this service. Wash n Go have been washing both our cars for past 18 months and we have never had any problems or quality concerns, just drive in wait a little have a coffee and drive out with a CLEAN CAR ! Aaron the owner has a lovely customer service attitude and tries to accommodate all customers needs.

I would never go to this place again. I had a 3 week old car and when I picked it up there was a massine 300mm long gouge on the back of it. When I spoke to the owner 'Cem Ovat' he was rude, condescending, made a remark that why doesn't he go and scratch his car and then take it to a car wash and try and blame them! He the proceeded to tell me that there is a disclaimer on the bottom of their receipt that says they take no responsibility for the damages done to your car when under their care and then hung up on me.
This business is equipped with camera surveillance & no evidence of damage caused by staff was recorded. This sort of complaint is common where people with scratches on their cars try to con the owner into paying for damages.
