I visited this once (the car wash nearest woolworths carpark) when I was at Chermside during the lead up to Christmas 2018. I thought it was a really terrible job. Paid $35 I think? They did not take a great deal of care with anything and left things NOT as I had left them such as the air conditioning which was on full bore.
I could understand if they had done a half decent job and I would have shrugged it off.
Not recommended. Poor quality.
We have been coming to Wash Me on the basement of Westfield Chermside for years, and were always happy with the service. Went back today and it seems to have changed hands. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the car still had spots of dirt on it, it had barely been vacuumed and wiped over - still obvious dirty marks that weren’t detailed. And they broke the back storage compartment. I will never be returning.
Over priced even at a supposed discount of $85 down from $125. Very poor job at washing and waxing my car. Pointed out the poor job, and they did only half a job to rectify. Will not use again.
They just broke my registration plate holder and said it was like that when I came in. So annoyed its a brand new car! Didn't even offer to fix it. Won't be using them again either
The same thing happened to us. They broke my car key badly and the owner told me it was broken before! A couple of weeks ago they scratched my friend's door badly. When she complained, they even refused to listen. She called police but police said you shouldn't have trusted them with your car in the first place! We will never go back there again. They are fast, sloppy and overpriced.
