Very helpful and efficient! My nails turned out excellent and I will be returning again in another few weeks! The service was satisfactory, and I thank them for their work!

Was rushed very rough and cut skin deeply to th point of near bleeding. Asked for a coffin shape, and only afterwards was told it was an extra $5! This should be told at time of booking as the price list does not reflect extra money for a specific shape. It was rushed and hands down worst nails i have received. What makes it worse, is when i calmly and politely told the man it was illegal to do something and charge at the end and not be upfront or clear about additional charges, he spoke rudely and abruptly to me in front of other clients and told me to never come back again.

Rude & unhelpful. Only cared about getting the money.
Didn't listen to what i wanted & did the wrong thing, then tried to blame me for it. I was very clear what i wanted. They were also very rough & rushed.
I will not be going back.
