Took my watch in. Wasn't working properly - not keeping correct time. Suspected a battery problem. The lady explained that as it was a Tag it would cost $69 for new battery and proper compression testing because it is waterproof. She spent about 15 minutes installing new battery and completing testing to find out that the watch had bigger issues and was still not keeping correct time and would need to be sent on to Tag. She returned my watch with NO CHARGE. I offered some payment but as she said, Karma would take care of her and she was happy to help. Lovely that there are still many good people around.
