I purchased a device to remotely activate my B&D garage door controller. I followed the instructions provided by Watch Works to program the remote, but it failed to operate correctly. I returned it to Watch Works, and was advised that I had been given the incorrect device. A second remote was given to me, and after downloading the manufacturer's manual for my specific door controller, I meticulously followed the instructions to program that remote. Again the device failed to operate correctly. I returned that remote to Watch Works and requested a refund. The staff phoned their manager, and advised me that I should contact the manufacturer of my garage door controller on their assumption that the failure was due to my inability to correctly follow the programming instructions. I purchased a remote control device for my B&D panel lift door controller at a cost of $75.95. I followed the instructions given to me for programming the remote, and was unable to successfully operate the controller. I returned the remote and was advised that I had been given the incorrect device. I was then given another remote, and after I downloaded the B&D manual for my controller, followed those instructions to program the replacement device; but again was unable to operate my controller. I returned the second device to Watch Works and requested a refund. The staff contacted their manager and advised me to contact the maker of the door controller, stating that I didn't accurately follow the instructions. I objected to their advice, and again requested a refund. I asked watch works to put a new battery on my watch they charged me $55 ... my watch stopped working in 1 week , went back to them they said they need to change the battery for another $55!! they did not refund me for faulty battery or swap with a good one, I went to another repair shop and got a new battery for only $27 ... never will go there again!!
