I experienced bad customer service. The shop assistant was not accepting any returns although I had my receipt. The product was basically incomplete and missing a part. Very rude and arrogant shop assistant. He would not even consider a shop credit for $15. When I referred to his product as being inferior he took it personally and threatened me. Not recommended and they will never get my business again.
