AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Horrible experience. Submitted my late grandfather’s watch to be repaired. Watch face needed replacing and stressed that they keep ALL parts because of it’s sentimental value. Upon pickup, staff member said he had thrown it away because it was “rubbish”. When justifying to him that it was a family heirloom he said “the watch isn’t even expensive or worth anything anyways”. Upon asking for my money back, both himself and female staff member began raising their voices at both myself and my family member. They began to speak in their native language so we did not understand them. They had offered to give me “$30 off my next repair” to make up for both discrediting my late grandfather’s watch as “not worth anything anyways” and throwing the original watch face in the rubbish.

They sold my mother an expensive sport watch which they guaranteed was not solar battery operated. When she got home she realised it was solar powered and took it back to swap the product or get a refund. When she arrived they refused to serve her and were rude to her. My brother then returned the next day with my mum to sort out the problem and refused to resolve the issue. They refused to talk to us and when we requested to speak to the management on the phone. We put in a complaint with centre management at Macarthur Square and will be taking the issue to fair trading first thing in the morning. I would suggest never dealing with this store.
