Water Taxis Combined

I had a similarly terrible experience. I used them for my wedding and was overcharged not once but twice on my credit card after I had paid by direct deposit and when I tried to get a refund for this was met with incredibly rude emails and phone calls. I would strongly suggest going with any other company if in need of water taxi services.

Service provided was adequate, although it was disappointing to be given a yellow taxi having been promised a 'Water Limousine'. Customer service however was incredibly poor. I was overcharged and when I took this up with Water Taxis Combined I was just given the brush-off in addtion to several incredibly rude and insulting e-mails. I would NEVER use these people again and given the wide choice of alternatives would advise anyone reading this to steer well clear of them.
