Water Tunnel Carwash

I had recently been house sitting for a few months in Montmorency, and drove past this car wash day in day out, but as I don't generally pay to have my car washed, I had never stopped in. However one day I was heading to a meeting with a client in the early afternoon, and realised that my car could do with a quick clean on the outside. I stopped by and was greeted by a lovely gentleman. I told him what I was after (outside wash and the door jams) and he pointed me to the cafe while I waited. Again, the lady in the cafe was very friendly. I ordered a sausage roll and a hot chocolate, both were nice (especially the hot chocolate), and was extremely handy as it gave me more time to get to my meeting! My only complaint was the clean of the car. All was perfect except for a large drip/water stain down both the driver and passenger side door (coming from my mirrors). On Saturday I opted for the $109 car wash and clean. On my return home I noticed that the drivers side car mat was soiled with work boot foot prints. The next day I returned the mat. The staff that I spoke to said they couldn't find the management so leave it with me. I said that's fine I'll pick it up tomorrow. On Monday morning I went to collect my mat. The management went to retrieve the mat. Their first words to me were this would not have happened here (not an apology). I explained to them that this was not the first time that the car mats were soiled. The management then became very rude and suggested to me to go somewhere else to have my car washed. I have gladly excepted this offer as has my husband, brother in-law, sister in-law and friends. I could only image if I showed them the door trims which were not cleaned, how this management would react.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. They get my car cleaner than any other car wash in the area and the wax keeps my car looking good for weeks.

After a Queens Birthday long weekend away with my family my car needed a full clean inside and out. I opted for the $51.50 Better Wash package plus the $5 final shine wax and once again i was very impressed with the outcome and the free fragrance was a nice touch :-)

Washed my pride and joy yesterday at the water tunnel car wash and was amazed with the outstanding customer service and meticulous result. Very impressed with the staff and the way I was greeted upon entry. Very professional!!
