I hired Nick to paint my pool in September-October '23. Unfortunately, the quality of his work was subpar and seemed unprofessional. He painted haphazardly, leaving marks all over the place. One of his assigned tasks was to change the pool's safety valve, but he ended up breaking it and poured cement without informing me. This caused a leak in the pool.
Despite my attempts to contact him through SMS and WhatsApp, I received no response. As a result, I now have to spend a significant amount to drain the pool and fix the leak. I strongly advise against using Nick for any pool painting projects, as he appears to lack professionalism and proper training for such tasks.
I am going to contact Ministry of fair trading and complain against him/his company.
