These guys are the best. 1o times faster than Logan Hyperdome and super helpful. They take the time to make sure you get whatever postage solution is the best for you. They are not worried about moving the line along and put you first. Exceptional customer service.

Never helpful, never answers the phone and always lets it go to messagebank. This is not service or good enough. I am all for giving everyone a fair go but when the English is too hard to understand and it is Terrible service than you have had a fair go and failed. If you can not speak English well enough to be understood you should not be behind that counter.

My parcels are never delivered anymore .. I have to go and pick them up each time. Why do we have a delivery service if you never deliver. Another FAIL Aust Post!!
