Wow, wow, wow...Waterfront Whitsunday Retreat exceeded well beyond our expectations for a boutique hotel. Upon our arrival the staff were so welcoming (an extra thank you must be given to Scott :) We stayed a total of 7 nights having chosen the Honeymoon Lifetime Anniversaries Package and loved every single minute of it. The luxury spa suite was fabulous, with a warm feeling of home from the minute you walked in. The balcony spa was definitely the highlight and my husband and I are still missing our nightly spas sipping champagne. Throughout the entire Scott went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even personally driving us to the helipad at Shute Harbour to take our helicopter ride. The staff, service, spa suite, facilities - I wish I could give then more than a 5 star rating.
