For custom jobs I would keep clear of this business. Unorganized, loses your .dxf files and then accuses you of not giving them, when in fact you were standing beside the staff when they copied them to their computer. But rather placing them into a client folder, they just mixes them up with all the other files - hence why they loses them.
Poor customer service, won't even bother calling you to advise what is going on, instead sends SMS messages. Told me the job will be done during the week, rang up Friday to ask what is going on, and was told I didn't give them the files.
Not even a simple apology given for stuffing everything up. Sorry but not good enough.
