I and my kids have visited centre many times and we simply love it.
The customer service is well-mannered and accomodating.
The people who supervise the slides are friendly and helpful.
I also used voucher there twice and they were processed promptly.
In a summary I would say it is a perfect place to enjoy your time with your children. We ll surely go back there. Highly recommend!

Such a pity - admin staff arrogance let the place down. I hope they are not in any way funded by our council rates. Those in admin should be retrained in customer service and be more polished in their interactions with the members. There are many ways to explain policies ... Polish out their inattentive attitude of don't bother me - it's the rules so beat it.

Perhaps the management should have a box inviting members to suggest improvements or reasons for needed discretion.

My experience with the staff is that they are completely and utter hopeless at enforcing or policing any rules that are in place at your center. That combined with the fact that the facilities are downright dirty.

Reception staff making fun of someone, put arm band on my one year old instead of me - me being the paying client and requesting I wear it instead of my baby and naturally my one year old spent half her time picking at it. Family change rooms do not have change tables. We asked if they had any and they had to ask up three levels to a management where they were. There are two disabled toilets with change tables in the pool area. Bottom of the pool was dirty with gravel. No warmer pool available for babies although learn to swim pool was quite warm. Sad because I was expecting to be impressed. Back to elsewhere.
