Watershed carried out a major renovation on our home in Balgowlah Heights. We made the (questionable!) decision to live in half a house while they carried out the work - and we couldn't have been happier with the Watershed team, the quality of the work, timeliness, communication and project management.

The team made living with the impact bearable and David went out of his way to explain every step and issue (including the inevitable surprises that come with renovating a 90-year-old timber house).

David also worked very well with our designer, who also hold the highest possible standards.

From initially meeting David 3 years ago, while working on a neighbours renovation, to the completion of our project this month, we have been impressed with him and his team at Watershed.

He was able to assemble and manage a quality team of trades, including cabinet maker, plumber, electrician, plasterer and renderer, painter, tiler etc.. and they all combined to produce a quality finish, all the while being proactive in making suggestions which enhanced the end product.

David’s attention to detail, organisational skills and calm manner flowed through to all of his trades and gave us a level of comfort at all times. As we said, we would happily recommend Watershed for any project, big or small.

David gave us complete confidence in his overall approach of the project from the very outset. Clear & concise quotes, an on-time & on-quote delivery and great communication throughout. David's quiet and methodical approach created a low stress renovation for us. His ability to pull together a team of different trades and get the most out of each of them, is a real credit to his organisation and people management skills. We have already engaged David on our next project.

Watershed Building Group were selected after an extensive search for a suitable builder to replace our usual builder who had retired. David and his team fulfilled to the letter what we were hoping to achieve. The attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding.
