Quoted on an install of installing a gas hot water system (which seemed really good and easy), once they arrived they demanded more $$$ then the orginal quote when the scope of works was exactly the same as discussed on the phone? ( I could understand asking for more money if there were complications or unforeseen problems, but there wasnt)

My hot water heater burst in my rental property. The guys came when they said they would. Gave me a quote to replace my heater. After I researched and got other quotes they where by far the cheapest for the same product. They returned next day as agreed & replaced the hot water heater. My tenant was very happy with the service. No mess & no fuss.

Called water wize to fix an emergency hot water problem at my salon. They came out within the hour and re placed my system at a really good price. Their staff were very professional and didn't interrupt my clients while the job was underway.

After sniffing out a gas leak I got in contact with Waterwize and they sent out a gasfitter the next day to inspect my property. Initially all started very well pricing was fair and they turned up on time. However once the work was quoted thats were it all went bad. After finding the leak they advised that the piping was quite old and should be replaced which I agreed with. The next day they sent out an apprentice who was onsite for around 2 hours and then left. I assumed all was well until I had a look two days later only to find they simply patched up the leak and didn't replace the system as I had been charged for. I then got in contact with Waterwize and agreed to send someone out the next day to do the actual work as charged. After waiting for them to show I got a call saying they wouldn't be available till the next day due to an emergency. The next day came and the same thing happened. Very professional, very efficient. The plumber turned up at the exact time he said he would, got the job done fast and without any mess. I was explained all the options available and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
