Very personalised, friendly care by the whole staff. Everyone made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog there for a dental and my dog is even excited to go back still.

I lost my best friend last week and the assistance and kindness provided by all staff at Waterworks Road Veterinary Surgery helped me through this difficult time. I rushed in with no appointment, and had x-rays, ultrasounds and different tests done to try and resolve the issue. Without the kindness and support provided by all staff during this difficult time, as well as the communication with what they found, I would be struggling more so to comprehend.

I would definitely recommend, and will continue to take all of my pets to this vet.

Would highly recommend. A great team that worked hard to ensure my pets received the medical attention required. I was kept up to date the whole time. The vets here are wonderful! The receptionists are extremely helpful and helped keep my mind at ease. Have recommended to all of my friends!

DO NOT GO TO SEE THEM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff is incapable, my three birds went into bird minding facility only to discover that they were fed seed diet. water not changed in days!!! PLEASE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PET THERE READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS! I'm putting in a complaint with veterinary association too!
