Ordinary service from the sales and service team. Why would Holden use SSV to install faulty reverse mirrors on new cars? My car is still under warranty and it has always been serviced at Watson Holden. From the beginning the mirror which drops has been adjusted at each service, until my last service where I was told to take it to SSV to be fixed because they could no longer fix it. I expected, that the mirror was an accessory on the sale contract so it should be under warranty. I should have demanded that the faulty mirror be replaced in the beginning. Now I have mirror that doesn't work. I contacted SSV as instructed to by the sales manager and to let him know how it goes. Well, Mr.DV it's not fixed because they want to charge me to fix it or take it up with you. They haven't even looked at it, but they expect there will be a cost to repair it. Awful service, they have gone massivly downhill the last couple of years i've been getting my car serviced.. I will never take my car back here ever again!!

Absolutely the worst service ever!
I booked my car in for a service and some repairs, I was told there was a 2 week wait which was fine with me, as I just wanted to get the issues with my car sorted out by the dealer who are best equipment to handle faults, so I thought.
The lady on the phone at the time of the booking instructed me that due to the faults they would needed the car all day, also a fair enough request.
At drop off I noticed none of the faults had been recorded so I listed them again.
