Here right now, called and they said it's busy. Line up for ages to place order and they tell us 1.5 hr wait!! It's freezing cold. Absolute joke, don't bother.
Management - 29/04/17 - the night was joke

Wife and I tried their big breakfast this morning and with a coffee each it cost us nearly $50.00. That would have been fine if the food was nice, but the sausages were at least a day or two old and re heated, bacon was half okay the other half probably also not freshly cooked, the mushrooms were large and rubbery. I would not recommend breakfast at The Ponds, poor quality! About the only thing they got right was the eggs, oh and tomatoes were okay but who can wreck tomato?

Service was good, seated straight away. Food only took ten minutes, lots of kids in the playroom, very noisy, made me appreciate me being past the stage in life.
The food - Chicken parmi. Dry and small, very basic thin piece of chicken with a slice of ham and some melted cheese. Asked for veggies, got salad. Chips were good and crunchy.
The wife had the gnocchi, it was gluggy, heaps of spicy chorizo meat, and the sauce was straight from a squeezy bottle. Sorry not up to standard yet.

Terrible food and terrible service. As I was waiting to be served I was completely ignored as the staff continued to flirt and chat amongst themselves. Fish they were trying to pass off as snapper in fact was flake. Oily and tasteless.The chocolate moose looked as thought a 2year old dished it up disgracefull presentstion! Poor effort if any was even made at all!

They have spent a fortune on this place...they should invest in cooking better food. Ordered chicken tenderloins....what arrived were battered slivers of chicken. Revolting. Greasy. Smelt like fish. Spoke to management who just said 'we want to make easy and quick meals'...well hello...a few minutes on a grill would be less time consuming and probably cheaper too. Shame you didnt offer a refund or ANYTHING..not even an apology. Who has EVER heard of battered chicken tenderloin. Yuck.
