Wavelength Hairdressing

Possibly the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. I visited the salon (my third appointment) a week ago. Prior to this visit my hair was dark brown with purple highlights.

I asked for a dark burgundy colour, and the hairdresser, who was lovely, helped me choose from a pallet. Unfortunately things went south after that. The hairdresser decided I needed to lighten the ends of my hair, and so applied bleach. Left this on for too long. Then when the burgundy colour was applied it turned... bright pink!
