Have booked in for my second appointment for today at 3.15pm straight after work. Was looking forward to it as my first treatment was ok but there is no1 there and no1 answering phone. I had clearly booked it in for today because I put it straight in my phone. Not happy
Now called Beauty It Up, this salon has participated in numerous deals sites to attract customers. I purchased two deals. Have used one and will NEVER go back. Will happily sacrifice my money to not go back. My treatment was to include a skin analysis (didn't happen), the facial was very rushed and I had to ask the 'therapist' to not scrub my face so hard. They had no knowledge about the products being applied to my face. The salon was cold and not especially clean. Clearly, Beauty It Up are trying to buy business - which doesn't seem to be working well with most of the calls onto the answering machine was disgruntled potential customers. Not very relaxing to listen to that for an hour. Staff training, product knowledge, customer service and professionalism should come first!!! Don't risk your skin with this shoddy salon!!
I also went here on a deal but not sure I'd go back.... no foot spa, massage and exfoliation were well done, facial was okay but nothing special.
Thanks for posting this ladies. i was going to buy 3 vouchers, but will save my money :)
