Wax Central

Super small rooms, walls are dirty, rooms not presented clean or tidy at all, the wax pots were so messy and dirty. I was in for facial waxing. . While waiting a therapist came out to the desk.. made no eye contact or a hello.
My therapist was trying to sell me wax packages as staff was waxing.. this was frustrating as id like to think staff would rather talk to me about my eyebrow shape etc. When finished i asked for a mirror.. i got a smudged mirror and handed it back saying i couldnt see properly.. the therapist wiped it making it worse then expect me to be able to see.
Bad bad service they need to have a clean up a little bleach would go astray. Wont be going back or recommending this place.
