I will start off by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at wax factor. The staff were all very friendly, were well spoken, and were able to answer all my questions.
The treatment rooms were clean and tidy, everything neatly stored, and hygienic looking.
The waxing procedure was very calming, they used hot towels and nice lotions and potions, and were professional in their manner.
I was also ultra-impressed that the waxing itself didn't hurt as much as usual. I'm the type who is usually in a mild hysteria by the time my waxing is finished, a bit crazy from all the pain but also relieved it is all over. This time.. none of that! I was so ZEN!
