Wax It, Betty!

I'm one of the long term customers here and never been disappointed with their services. You always get a warm welcome and professional service. I have an extremely sensitive skin but the products they are using had never irritated my skin. It feels so luxurious with a reasonable price. That's way I always come back here for facial and waxing. I highly recommend Wax it betty.

I have been to may salons and i found WAX IT BETTY to be very professional and informative. They guided my skin care concerns with a machine that showed up all of my imperfections and then showed me products that would help me with them. In the past, i have found salons to be pushy but i did not experience it. The treatment was very relaxing and i walked out feeling on top of the world and truly cared for.

I bought 6 laser hair removal, done 3 so far notice hair reduction and I never experienced redness or any skin reaction (my skin is light olive type).The ladies are nice and kind. The treatment room is very clean. Overall excellent experience.

Appaulling!!!!! New owners & staff - cost of services has doubled, staff could not be more rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional. Rooms are dirty, products used (wax) of poor quality & residue of wax not cleaned away & no moisturizer/cream offered. There is definitely no quality of service or professionalism offered here - certainly DO NOT recommend

Salon looks flashy but super dingy in the actual rooms. Would not call it relaxing in th slightest. I would not even call it a salon. Staff quite rude and my eye brow and side of faces wax was flipping painful as no care was taken and the whole thing was over in 10 minutes, where my usual lady would take care and take a half hour. Would not recommend, please go elsewhere.
