I was truly amazed by the lack of professionalism and insight offered by the company through their representative. The lack of research and detail in the representative's report showed little insight or knowledge of the area. The report was sparse and un-insightful. The valuation itself was hugely under market value (15%). Not only is this an insult to my clients, it almost cost me their business. Luckily subsequent valuation came through withing expectations. Don't use unless you want to loose business.
