We engaged WCE Plumbing (Brenton) recently to provide a quotation at a time of their choosing. Unfortunately, they never turned up and became unreachable by phone. This kind of poor time management and unprofessional behaviour is quite disappointing. In a way, I'm glad we didn't get to use their services - If we did and something went wrong, I'd imagine they'll suddenly become unreachable!

Thank you for your feedback. We advised on the day we had been stuck on an emergency job (that started many hours before your free after hours call out); I do acknowledge you tried to call outside of business hours and I was unable to answer and you where sent a text stating that.
