Never showed up for appointment, no phone call or message and never returned calls to give reason why. Would not recommend to anyone.
Hi Matt I'm sure I've missed a few appointments over the last couple of months as my 16 month old son has just been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and has been in intensive care in a coma, my wife has also been in and out of hospital and I've been juggling the business and looking after my other 4 kids single handily.
Luckily things are getting back to normal now and apologies for missing our appointment.
Avoid Avoid Avoid. I had them come and quote to do full repair over my old terracotta roof. Their quote was to "...remove valley irons and replace with new, clip cut tiles and fit valley seals, remove damaged areas of mortar and re bed new and full re-point of hips ridges and gables...spray entire roof with fungicide roof treatment (to remove moss/lichen)"

i called crest roof restorations for a quote and charley arrived on time and completed a full inspection of the roof- complete with photographs of damaged areas. his price was very competitive, and he was very informative and friendly. the roof restoration and repairs were carried out as expected and we are more than thrilled with not just our restored roof but also the professional manner in which the works were completed. i would highly recommend crest roof restorations to anyone.
