We had troubles with our old sliding door on April 10 as it kept felt off the rail and making squeaking noise. Called them to organise the repair. We were in the hurry and ask if they could come out as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled at 7:00 next morning and Garry came 5min before the scheduled time. He immediately spotted the problem and changed the damaged roller straight away and applied lubricant and tighten and adjusted door & lock position.
