Wealthlock Pty Ltd

As a unit owner in SP49302 I would never recommend Wealthlock, which (unfortunately) is contracted to our building to provide Building Management Services. Not being onsite during contracted hours and not answering and/or returning phone calls are just a few examples of their non performance and dismal provision of services. Sadly, at general meetings, they manage to hold on to the Building Management Contract not thru a convincing performance but the bad practice of proxy farming.

i am a resident residing in the apartment ( Darlington Tower) being managed by the management team of wealthlock .

i like the style of management skills used by them and way of communication .
i like the way they think about doing innovative changes to the building .

i will recommend this building to everyone
