Completely frustrating to deal with. After 3 weeks of trying to get a price based on building plans which seemed to hard, finally had them come out to look at the site (which is a work in progress) time was made to come between 10-11am. Then showed at 3. Asked who we had other quotes from and said they would bet them. Unprofessional, ill prepared and rude. Showed us some photos which weren't even of the louvres they were going to sell us and said they'd bring a demo/ sample when we signed the contract. I'll happily pay the extra few $K to go with some-one else.

Rang up this guy for a quote on a roof - Didn't want to come out and give advice or service untill i had 3 quotes. Totally unprofessional service. Eventually, just threw me a price over the phone and was very rude about the entire process.

Thanks so much for all of your friendly advice and by making our purchase as smooth as possible. Jeff was a great help and showed a very professional manner. Thanks again, the kids and us love it!
