Having been a customer of this company for many years I have watched their level of support deteriorate from very good to nothing short of abysmal. Long phone delays, long delays in responding to support tickets even if they are flagged as urgent. There are many better ISP's out there.
Do not ever use these company !!! - I have had VERY bad experiences with them: I lost a lot of money - THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT THEY OFFER ON ON LINE- THEY HAVE ONLY VERY LIMITED CAPACITY TO HOLD DATA - MY WEBSITE WENT COMPLETELY DOWN, ONE TIME AND IT STAYED DOWN FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND SINCE THEIR SUPPORT STAFF FAILED TO RETURN MY QUERY:
Their customer service manager treated my enquiries very unprofessionally!
