Webarena are the least competent group in the industry.
I had a website with them up until June 2013 when their whole system went down for ten days. They didn't have a backup system in place and were only willing to repair my website on payment of $220. I refused on principal and went elsewhere.
I estimate their incredible incompetence cost me $20k in lost sales, new website and lost Google page 1 ranking. It could well be a lot more.
I strongly recommend that you go somewhere, in fact anywhere else for your website and hosting.
Its almost 5+ years now since I had Webarena design our website so I can speak with confidence regarding the product. We couldnt be more happier with the excellent overall design, service and support. Its almost like winning lotto with the amount of additional income that it continues to bring in to our business. I compared a number of web designers when I was choosing a designer to work with on my website and all were fairly comparable on the features offered. I was skeptical of the price from Webarena however as it was significantly less than the other quotes for the same features offered. I liked the other websites they showed me that they had created so I took the plunge and quite frankly I couldn't be happier. Everything came together and what seemed to me to be an insurmountable task was finished in a good timeframe. Would recommend them again.
I have built two websites with Webarena, in both cases the experience was fantastic, I have found them very easy to deal with, the site was built to a budget and on time. The website package is very user friendly and easy to modify and update. I would recommend them again.
