I needed the Honda outboard (bought from Webbe in 2012) fixed right away. This was an outboard purchased from them and I assumed as a customer I would be treated well. When they called they said it needed parts which they could not get for over 2 weeks. Since I already had a spare being delivered in the mail there was no point in waiting. They wanted $50 for the "diagnosis". I thought I should not be charged because they did not (and could not) do anything. Anyway, I paid the $50, received a bit of nastiness from Gavan over the phone, and when my friend picked up the motor they had not put the carb back on the engine, ruining the gaskets, and stinking up my friend's car with petrol. This was not the first time I had verbal abuse from Gavan but I wanted to give them another chance. They might be nicer to their high-end clients, but don't expect anything like decent customer service, or even courtesy, from this mob.
