i have a short cut and went in to tidy up the whispy bits at the back as I'm growing my hair out. Must have taken 15 mins max to do, and got charged for a style cut. Just cuts did the same job for me for $10. Not happy and won't go back.

Took an hour and a half to wash, cut and style my hair and then charge me $82!!!!! I had 2cm if that cut off my ends, no style cut or layers or fringe - What an absolute rip off. Style was rubbish as well and completely dropped out as NO product was even used on my hair - i dont even think they used conditioner!!! What a joke! How are they still in business.

Complete dissapointment! Didn't listen to a word i said regarding cut or colour most likely because i had 4 different people doing my hair and then tried to charge me more than originally quoted! I will never go back!

Had my 3 year old son's hair cut there a few times but the last time we went, a male (I think his name was Reuben maybe?) cut his hair. He was so quick, professional and the end result was the best by far! We will definitely keep going back. Can't rave about him enough!

Excellent service and the cut and colour was exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended.
