Wedding Destinations

I recently enlisted the help of this company to look after my overseas wedding and I wish I had never made any contact with them. After paying the $1, 200 fee, the initial planning went well after a few weeks my calls and emails went unanswered for days at a time, the service was NOT AT ALL personalised, all quotes for flights, accomodation and other wedding essentials were outrageous and I found myself finding cheaper quotes elsewhere - a job which I had assumed I had paid them to do. There was no "Congratulations on you wedding" or anything like that. They just posted the tickets to me and I never heard from them again. I am a truly dissatisfied customer, but glad I no longer have any sleepless nights wondering if my wedding will go to plan due to them. I hope I never get married again but if I did I would stay well away from this very disorganised company!!!
