Weeks Building Group

We are just at construction stage, so we can only comment on the journey so far...which has been wonderful.
From our initial meeting with Jonathan who saw the plan we had drawn, then took the time to get to know us (making us feel more like ‘old friends’ than ‘customers’), he listened to our needs then proceeded to redraw the plan (several times) until we were happy.
Stephanie also joined in at this stage and played the redraw game with us thanks to an attic room staircase drama!
I cannot fault the Admin stage, Clare has been remarkable, keeping us up to date on each stage and explaining exactly what was required of us. Very professional, helpful and so patient with us, well done ...read more

We signed the initial contract with Weeks in late 2015 and moved into the house in November 2017.
Pros:
Most of the basic inclusions are of a good standard (I would reconsider next time things like the range hood that sounds like a tank rolling through from installation)
The process up to initial signing is good, helpful and expedient.

Great experience with great communication. The team have been fantastic and supportive through the process making a stressful thing, mainly stress free! Kevin has been a great representation for your brand and has fantastic customer service making sure that we're well informed and that our expectations are managed with realistic timeframes and plenty of communication updates.

We have just moved on from the Administration stage to construction with Weeks Building Group. The prompt follow up, professionalism, efficiently, communication and simply great customer service provided by our sales consultant and our Administration consultant were second to none! The My Style final selection area is set up brilliantly, however our Final Selection Consultant was new and inexperienced. This slowed up the process and was slightly frustrating. However this hiccup was certainly offset by the level of customer service received in all other areas so far. If you are thinking of building with Weeks Building Group don’t hesitate!

We're building our first home with Weeks and our build has just moved from the administration to construction stage. While the admin process took a lot longer than we would have liked, due in large part to issues beyond Weeks control, we couldn't be happier with the support and assistance provided by our administrator Kevin. Kevin kept us well informed at every stage of the administration process, provided honest estimations of timelines, patiently answered our many questions, ensured that our paperwork progressed smoothly, and promptly responded to our emails/phone messages. We can't thank Kevin enough for everything he has done for us throughout the administration process. We're now looking forward to the construction process beginning and finally moving into our new home.
