Weight Loss Programme

Have been on the programme for 5 weeks have lost 5kg and 20cm in body fat.

All I do is replace 2 Protein Shakes a day and have a normal meal at night. I never feel hungry and my energy levels have increased, and have dropped a dress size.



Peter is also on the shakes, he has one a day with the multivatimn and has lost 5kg in 3 weeks and 15cm in body fat. He still has his 100 beers a day.



I love it, its like having my favourite smoothie, with my favourite fruit.
