Be Happy Be HealthyUnfortunately, most of us choose to focus too much on the everyday problems that we encounter rather than creating what is necessary to achieve what we really want. Often we choose to listen to our procrastination, fears and doubts and forget to focus on our achievements, breakthroughs, and certainty.
For example: If you have the belief that you are overweight, your focus is often I dont want to be overweight anymore?. What is your focus on? Being overweight. Its amazing how much of a profound effect can be achieved when your focus is shifted to I feel so excited that Im becoming my ideal weight?. To put it plain and simple, what we focus on is what we get.
