Results speak for themselves - and the 10 kilos I lost last year with Weight Watchers say a lot about how it worked for me.
A couple of problems though - first of all, they changed the whole food categories they work with and that was just as I'd gotten used to how things worked. New books, new recipes = all these things that needed changing (at my cost). Whatsmore it hasn't helped me to keep the weight off.
So I'm happy but more could be done.
