We believe a healthy, strong and pain free body can be achieved through integrating improved body alignment and natural movement into your daily life.
Our Yoga, Pilates and Core & Stretch classes all incorporate body alignment and natural movement principles. We also offer private Restorative Exercise sessions and Pilates Reformer sessions.

Fantastic studio. Natalie and Bob are friendly and welcoming. As a complete beginner I was unsure if I was going to like Pilates but after signing up for the welcome pass I have never looked back. I enjoy Natalie's dedication and personal attention to everyone in the class, always making sure your using your body correctly and challenging you no matter which level your at. Have noticed the difference and am feeling both healthier and stronger.
