Been coming here for a while now & It's nice to see the consistency of the 2 drs here. However, there seems to be a punctuality & respect for patients time, issue within the clinic. I'm not sure if it's the 2 drs who just take their time, cruising through the day & don't stick to the appointment schedule or even respect their patients time,( I'm certain, if I was to be running late for any reason, especially as long as I've my wait time has been, multiple times, they would have canceled my appointment and then say I was a no show).
Either that or the receptionist is ridiculously overbooking them. Its really frustrating when I do what's expected of me as a patient, I always call if late & would normally arrive at least 5-10mins earlier. Today for instance, 12:30pm was my appt time, but I was left waiting so long that I had to reschedule my own appt & leave. That was well after 2pm. It's not good enough, as it portrays a lack of professionalism & general respect.

Very professional Medical Practice. I have been coming here for years and they are great to deal with, the doctors are really good too. I have had no issues since the first time I have come to them for Medical advice and treatment and even though I have moved further away to a new area I still prefer to come here to see my usual doctors.
