I can not understand how the male Pharmacist who works there is still employed. His rudeness and straight up disregard for kind service was disgraceful. My sister went in for some advice on herbal remedies for how she is feeling and he flat out was rude and offensive towards her. My family has always been to the doctors next door but now we will find another place all together. I am so upset at how she was treated and warn anyone who wants to give this Pharmacy business to think twice.
Great looking, well positioned & convenient chemist. However one of the staff who works behind the counter was so rude to me. I was really shaken up by this and since then, have never been back. I would rather drive the extra 10 mins to Annerley and be treated with respect. A shame, as I live 2 mins from this Chemist.
I have found a number of the staff rude. I occasionally go there, but each time wonder why I get treated like a second class citizen. I too have left feeling shaken up by either being talked down to, or ignored.
