WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
Bought fridge on 1st Nov. I contacted them a couple of times about when it would arrive due to it taking so long. Did not get any real answers until Nov 24th when I received an email saying my fridge was out of stock. Took nearly a month to tell me that my item was out of stock?? I called and asked for my money to be refunded straight away and to let me know when it had been. On Nov 30th money still had not been refunded, so I contacted them again. They said they would send me a cheque to which I said that I needed it back on my card. They said that they would not do this. I contacted ACCC who informed me that they must refund the same way as the original payment (back on my card). I called them back and told them this to which the owner of the business told me he didn’t care what the law states he was going to send me a cheque. He said go ahead report me to the ACCC.

I bought one of their treadmills Jazfit Sprint, $750 to buy it



Quality looks good, and works good, until it stops working...





$250 to replace a incline decline motor/ that has plastic gears inside of it that will no longer work.



Buyer beware... I will not make the same mistake again that's for sure.
