I got my end of lease clean on saturday I had 2 young ladys do my clean an carpet steamed cleaned also they they done such a great clean an tge carpets looked brand new again an my agent had gone in today to inspect an they were happy with the results of everything an now I will receive my bond back so I would recommend wellknown cleaning to anyone that needs a clean done!!

i booked them for 6 hrs n i was thinking that 6 hrs is not enough for my place coz it was not in good condition. but they did a very good job in 6 hrs. Today we got our bond back & we r thank full to wellknown cleaning for a very good job.. I highly recommend these cleaners for any one, coz they r very helpful & experienced..
I highly recommend uses avoid this service at all costs. The staff were rude in the extreme, unprofessionally and left us with an apartment that required two hours of our own time to bring up to an end of lease standard. We we also left waiting for a steam cleaner that turned up late; leaving my partner sitting around in an empty apartment most of Saturday. The worst service I've encountered.
Wellknown cleaning is by far one of the worst organisations i have ever come across! Their staff were incredibly rude in a way that they did not show any professionalism towards their customer. When i called to voice my concerns, they took no accountability or even apologised for the way i felt. From working in customer service and complaints for the past 5 years i have never spoken to a customer the way i was spoken too.
For a company that has high ratings.. i can definitely guarantee that this company is not professional at all as their customer service is beyond embarrassing and i encourage anyone who is reading this to never contact this company.
They booked a 5 hours clean...When the cleaner arrived the house was absolutely disgusting. She explained to her flat mate it would take 10 hours to clean. The flat mate said do what you can in 4 hours. They then got on the phone to me demanding the cleaner go back.
Hi becstubbs109, we have experienced the same exact thing with this company. The customer service was an absolute disgrace and the cleaners were even worse. Extremely unprofessional and a truly shocking experience. We are currently in the process of taking them to consumer affairs.
I use Wellknown Cleaning on a regular basis and I have never had the slightest problem. I would 100% recommend these cleaners to anyone.
