I rented space at Welshpool self storage for a few years. In all of that time whenever I had anything to do with the folks working there they were always very helpful and nice. They did ask me if I would be happy to review them and gave me a card when I finished renting. It's a couple of months now since I stopped using the space and I just found their card and decided hey why not write that review.They were nice and friendly and in my experience there are plenty of service providers who aren't.So give a shout out when you run across one ! Cheers to Yassie and the other people there whose names I can't remember.
Terrible customer service. Purchased 4 boxes. 3 hours later I realised I didn't need them. Boxes were completely intact and unused. Couldn't return them. The rep claimed "we have a strict policy that is clearly visible on signs in the office" ... No signs were seen nor was I told of this "choose carefully" policy. Disgusting service. Don't spend a cent here.
