Terrible customer service! Terrible products! Terrible installation!! Steer clear! ! This company fitted out my entire home, have had to contact numerous times due to plantation shutter clips breaking, took them more then 3 weeks to order new clips in, once they finally came out to replace clips they arrived with the wrong clips, just another of there errors!!The wait then began again!
Terrible at returning customer phone calls.
My living area was fitted out with holland blinds and Every clip/bracket used to fit my Holland blinds are of different colours, Some are fitted with cream brackets others with white. Talk about Cutting corners.
Disgraceful, bodgey, half arsed job.
Have since had all new blinds fitted by different company.
Steer clear of Werribee blinds!!!
Hi there I am sorry to hear this but are you sure this was Werribee Blinds. I've not ever had these complaints addressed to me, or know of any client experiencing the range of things you are talking about. And not sure why different coloured brackets requires a house lot of new blinds no matter who did that???
Sales rep was extremely friendly and helpful, she gave great advise, she was punctual and genuine. I bought security doors, plantation shutters and canvas awnings. Highly recommend. I find it hard to believe anyone would have a negative experience dealing with werribee blinds. I will do business with them again.
They are happy to take your money, but not so eager to fix their mistakes, you have to chase them, and in the end I didn't get it resolved - I would caution anyone if thinking of using Werribee Blinds - Never again
I don't doubt this to be true at all. In fact, I'm certain it's true because a similar thing happened to us. However, we ended up needingCAV mediation, then VCAT, Then an enforced order, then a warrant.
