We bought a Jeep with this dealer because we were promised a two week delivery, 6 weeks later we are still waiting and they can’t even tell us a exact delivery date. Waisted our time and money on their empty promise and apparently can’t get our deposit back to buy another car! Don’t trust their so called delivery date

Called up on Wednesday from Ballarat and arranged to look at a car on Saturday. Left all my details and drove down on Saturday. Arrived only to be told vehicle was sold two days prior. Didnt get a me call and drove all that way for nothing. They wondered why I was angry. Never ever get my business with service like that.

I'm thinking to buy a Jeep because in my line of work I get to drive them and I really like everything about them. I wanted to take my wife for a test drive so she could have first hand experience before we buy one. We ended up going to this particular dealership being in the area at the time. I got turned down because apparently I wasn't excited enough and didn't smile and another reason is they didn't want to clock mileage unless I really want to buy the car. Fair enough, there are other places that will be happy to help us out. I won't recommend to anyone to go to this shop.
