Salesman is good but the sales manager has undervalued our trade in vehicle by more than 30% and consistently talks about our "profile". There's no need to undermine people's capabilities to buy a new vehicle. We ended up going to a different local dealer which matched our needs with the top spec model and valued our car correctly. Need to stop telling a customer to buy a lower spec car just by from profiling them.
Any thoughts I had of buying the car that day died the moment I met with their sale guy, Yonan. He took extra car highlighting that we needed to be ready to buy before coming for inspection and test driving. We made an appointment via car sales for a viewing. When we arrived the car was not only not ready for inspection. It was dirty with the head rest not even attached to the chair, the battery was dead and the car couldn’t even start. We were told that we had to put in money to buy before they would get the car ready for us to test drive! I mentioned that I was considering a 350z vs this 370z and needed to test drive before I make a decision to buy. He said they all drive the same. Seriously worse dealer experience ever. Even if the car was perfect ( which it filthy from Yonan’s private trip the beach with the car as he proudly told us and the car looks far worse then what was advertised ) , I’ll rather buy at another dealer then work with such bad customer ...read more
We bought a Kia Picanto and we picked it on 8 March, then we noticed that we need floor mats. The sellers promised us that they are going to deliver the mats on Tuesday, so we just bought them.
Two weeks have passed: no floor mats and we charged twice. All the calls at the moment ended on nothing. No one is taking responsibility and we need that KIA: 1) return 165 AUD for the unnecessary charge, 2) send the floor mats.

I'll stick to the facts, after speaking to 2 salesmen we were assured that our trade in vehicle met their terms and conditions for minimum trade in. While negotiating the price we were told this isn't the case, their manager had informed them otherwise, unable to show us the terms and conditions for minimum trade in we kept with negotiations and agreed on a price.
Upon picking up our brand new car, I noticed a sizeable dent and scratches in the paint, across two panels, no explanation offered accept that these things can happen.
We have been offered as much as a full tank of petrol upon return of the vehicle...
Update to this:
Picked up the car, half a tank of petrol.
After numerous phonecalls and conversations, I eventually spoke with the general manager at Werribee Kia. Very understanding and polite, he has signed off on the first paid service to be free of charge. Thankyou for being understanding!
