Werribee Medical & Dental Centre

I have been attending this clinic for years with no real issues other than i have always thought their waiting room seats were grimy.
A couple of days ago i was asked to provide a urine sample so off i go to the ladies room which was absolutely disgraceful; toilet paper and faeces on the floor in one and urine on the toilet and floor of the other of the two available toilets. I try to use the mothers and babies room and that was WORSE! I had to drive home do the sample and drive back. I have had 1 other experience like this there and thought it was just a bad day but NO............and i have heard the same story from others who refuse to use their amenities. I wonder; do they have cleaners? if the answer is yes they need to get new cleaning staff.

I would never go back. The Dr never introduced himself, did not listen to my concerns and was not friendly at all. I could have gotten better communication from google!!!

The receptionist was rude. People don't run around carrying ID's. There is something called e-membership for private health insurance which was not even an option for her. Looks like the patient will die in the event of emergency

Pregnancy is a stressful time for everyone especially first time parents to be and the way me and my partner were treated by receptionist and the sonographer(ultrasound person) was trully horrific we were spoken to in a rude manner. We were pleased by the effort of a casual sonographer who's name i do not wish to say helped us allot and was very friendly this person herself said the sonographers working here are lazy and always rude to customers and that we should take this further.
This is from a person who doesn't even work in this clinic telling us that we shouldn't have to go through this.
So please if you want a real professional help avoid this place at all costs because your going to be extremely disappointed with both care factor and professionalism

Fantastic with the kid for dental and always good with me. Three fav doctors who read back to check and care. Great health plans. V good.
